Mr Dowling has a very calm, encouraging and reassuring approach. He responds brilliantly when my child struggles with confidence, adjusting the practice appropriately and always ending a lesson on a positive note. During the pandemic he expertly adapted his teaching to virtual lessons and even co-ordinated a virtual live concert for all the children learning piano, which was such a boost, a real highlight in our year!
